Deposit and registration

Your appointment booking will require a non-refundable administration deposit fee for each dog booked. Current charges are below. Each booking must be accompanied by a completed Registration Form for each dog.

Before booking, refer to our conditions and please ensure you have all of your dog’s details to hand including the RKC registration certificate (if applicable), date of birth and microchip number.

Test charges

After paying your deposit for each dog, the remaining balance will need to be settled at the venue or by bank transfer. The test charges are:

Deposit: £22 per dog
Routine eye test: £72 each (£50 following deposit)
Gonioscopy eye test: £72 each (£50 following deposit)
Combined eye test: £144 each (£122 following deposit)

Home Visits

We understand that it is difficult for some breeders with many dogs, particularly of larger breeds, to attend our clinics. For this reason, we do offer some home visits. There must be a minimum of 15 dogs that require testing, you must be within a reasonable travelling distance and have adequate facilities for us to perform the testing.
