How frequently should I get my dog's eyes tested?
Do I need to arrive earlier than my appointment time for my dog to have the eye drops?
No. There is no need to arrive earlier than the advised appointment time.
When will my results be published on the KC website?
Your results will be submitted to the BVA immediately following the examination. It is the the responsibility of the BVA (not the KC) to input the results onto the KC website. If your results do not appear on the KC website then please phone the BVA.
